His career spans leadership roles in Enterprise Singapore’s SME ecosystem, regional education expansion, and technology commercialisation, combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Adept at bridging technology and business, he has led multi-million-dollar initiatives, secured government funding, and guided companies across education, fintech, AI, and manufacturing toward sustainable growth and internationalisation.
With a foundation in engineering and strong credentials in project management (PMP) and coaching (ICF), Adil brings a unique blend of analytical depth, ecosystem understanding, and people-centered leadership. He looks to leverage on his past experience to support and guide his clients’ development through the Partners for Business Growth programme.
