It can take 5 to 7 brand impressions before someone will remember your brand. What’s more, not all impressions are good ones. Having a solid brand building strategy is the key to being perceived the right way. A digital brand strategy encompasses everything a digital strategy has, but it is founded on the principles of your brand’s guidelines and goals.
This workshop will touch on key things to consider when adopting e-commerce and building a brand development strategy.
4pm-5pm: 3 Secrets to Facebook Marketing by Kevin Dam, Director of Product & Marketing, Aemorph
Kevin left Banking and Finance industry in 2010 and pursued his passion for digital technology at a boutique digital agency from 2010 to 2014, leading a new division and small team by the time he left. He then started consulting for companies starting from July 2014, and now runs an agency with a team of 10. His clients include TWG Tea, Hendricks Gin, Bizcover (AU, NZ, US). Kevin was also a guest speaker and presenter for Upgrad, IoTalents, ADMA.
Learn how you can use Facebook to find your target audience so you can put an irresistible offer in front of them, from as little as $10/day, without any prior experience. Build up an email database with an “SLO” so you can then have traffic on demand, and grow your business on the backend

3pm-4pm: Communicating a Universal Brand Message by Sneha Menon, Business Advisor of SME Centre @SMCCI
Emerging marketing channels have made it increasingly essential for the alignment of marketing strategies. Clear and consistent messaging goes beyond the fine prints of terms and conditions, today, looking into multiple stakeholder relationships and the consistency of the brand image and message in all facets of the organisation. In this session, Sneha shares some of the practical tips for SMEs to develop a consistent and sustainable communication strategy for effective and sustainable brand messaging.
4pm-5:30pm: Tips on using PR to score better awareness for your brand by Adeline Lee, Managing Partner, SG Story
Adeline is the Founder of SG Story. She has approximately 17 years of agency and in-house experience in public relations and marketing communications. She has a strong focus on technology, corporate and consumer practices, and has worked on brands including Agilent Technologies, Dell, ExxonMobil (motor sports PR for Mobil 1 brand), F5 Networks, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Microsoft, Siemens, Resorts World Sentosa, Volkswagen and VeriSign.
Many SMEs want to embark on public relations to build more awareness and educate their target audience about their brand, products and/or services, but face challenges doing so. Hence this public relations workshop has been designed to help them gain an understanding of public relations, its place in the world of marketing and how they can make use of public relations to build more awareness for their brand, products and/or services. This three hour workshop will explore various tips to help strategise an effective PR campaign and PR tactics SMEs can use.
