4pm-5pm: Creating a Memorable Branding Strategy For SMEs and Startups by Ali Akbar, Creative Director and Founder, Rehla Design
Ali Akbar Sahiwala is the Creative Director and Founder at Rehla Design, a strategic design consultancy that crafts meaningful brands and experiences. Ali’s work spans across sectors, namely visual communication design, brand strategy and environmental graphics. Ali received his M.P.S. degree in Design Management at Pratt Institute in New York, in 2015. He also holds an Honours B.A. in Architecture and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Toronto.
This workshop is developed to help brands craft a compelling narrative and connect with diverse audiences. Join us as we uncover some of the key considerations SMEs and startups should consider to craft a well-rounded brand strategy. We will deliver an interactive presentation and case studies, highlighting creative processes and strategies for businesses seeking growth. Tools and techniques will also be shared for applying design thinking tools to your own practice. Case Studies will be presented of brands across the spectrum to provide practical examples of B2B and B2C entities. This workshop target SMEs facing challenges in areas such as growth, competition, relevancy and differentiation.
